Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us and it has been reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can occur in people’s daily lives. While we understand your situation, late notice will prevent another customer from making an appointment. That’s why we have this policy regardless of the reason for cancellation: HairChef has a minimum 48-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled, or changed with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be charged.

The cancellation cost*

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved treatment.
  • Cancellation of haircut appointments 1 days before the appointment, 25% will be charged. We also ask for a deposit for these treatments.
  • Cancellation of hair color appointments 2 days before the appointment, 50% will becharged. We also ask for a deposit for these treatments.
  • For major treatments such as balayage, extensions, and bleaching, there is a cancellation period of 1 week. We also ask for a deposit for these treatments.
  • “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment.

* Unfortunately, this also applies to illness and other unforeseen circumstances

How to cancel or reschedule? The change of time and date can be done by changing your existing appointment over the phone.

Deposit Payment

HairChef has a non-refundable deposit amounting to 35% of the total hair service cost will be required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment (booking). Reschedule of appointment before 48 hours is allowed without any penalty.
